  • Community Engagement Analysis: Collaborate with the agency to develop strategies that capture the community's current perspectives on programming. This may involve surveys, community forums, or focus groups to gather valuable feedback, culminating in a final summary report.

  • New Programming Feasibility Analysis: Conduct a thorough review of national "promising practices" and "proven programs" that address needs in similar communities. This includes a literature review, an analysis of relevant policies and laws, exploration of potential funding sources, and collaboration with the agency to estimate program expenses and resource requirements. The final deliverable is a report that summarizes all practices and programs explored, along with recommendations for next steps.
  • Funding Exploration Analysis: Research potential funding opportunities to support current programming. Sources may include philanthropic and public sources. For each source identified, we provide an overview of funders' expectations and requirements for each opportunity in a final report.
  • Funding Readiness Consultation: In collaboration with the agency, define the program or initiative while assessing the agency’s readiness to successfully apply for specific funding sources. Both private and public funding sources may be explored. The result is a document summarizing all findings and recommendations for next steps.
  • Proposal or Application for Funding: Provide direct support in crafting compelling, complete proposals or grant applications by gathering, compiling, and refining all necessary information to ensure a thorough, accurate, and competitive submission.

  • Measuring Milestones: This includes a crosswalk of organizational, program, and funder requirements to identify key outcomes and expectations, comparing them with the current data collected. The result is a customized, easy-to-reference summary of different performance metrics, an evaluation of whether data collection requirements are being met, and actionable recommendations for next steps.
  • Data Skills Training: Provide structured, interactive training sessions to ensure all team members understand data collection requirements, their specific role in the process, and the importance of using data for monitoring program quality and decision-making.
